Open, Distance, e-Learning and Continuing Education
ODeCE runs open, distance and e-learning and continuing education at Garissa University.
The Directorate of Open, Distance, e-Learning and Continuing Education (ODeCE) was established in 2018 and became operational in 2023.
ODeCE designs, manages and administers all open, distance and e-learning programmes and continuing education (short courses) at Garissa University, following the University's policies and regulations. Programmes are taught in blended mode: online learning combined with face-to-face sessions, using print and multimedia course materials.
